- 2nd place in the Polyphony category

- 2nd prize in the 20th Century Music category

- 3rd prize in the Traditional Folk Music category

- 2nd place at the Grand Prix

 

2010 – 8th International Choir competition in Miltenberg (GERMANY)

- 1st prize and gold medal in category A (with a compulsory composition)

- 1st prize and gold medal in category B (traditional folk songs, spiritual and jazz)

- special prize for the best performance of the compulsory composition by M. Lauridsen

 

2009 – 4th Regional Choir and Chamber Choir Competition in Postojna (SLOVENIA)

- 1st prize and gold medal

- award for the highest number of points achieved at the competition

- special prize for the best performance of a 19th century composition

- special prize to the conductor for the best competition program

- the Marjan Gabrijelčič Award for the best performance of a Slovenian contemporary composition

- the Ferdinand Grossman Award for the conductor for an  exceptional achievement with the choir

- 1st prize and gold medalin the category of mixed choirs with a compulsory composition
